Sniping is bidding very close to the end of an auction with the goal of winning because there will not
be enough time for anyone else to bid after you.

| Q. My browser doesn't show the button in the toolbar to add the auctions directly to SnipeMonkey. |
A.
This is probably because you have modified the standard layout of the toolbar. The button can be made
visible on the toolbar by going into the customize menu of the toolbar, and add the snipemonkey button
to the 'current toolbar buttons'.

| Q. Where can i find my Computer ID? |
A.
Your Computer ID can be found in the registration dialog which is located in the about dialog. (Help -> About -> Register)

| Q. Some of the items i am tracking turned gray, why did this happen? |
| A.
The items that turned gray where not found on eBay. This might happen when eBay removes the items because
of some rules that the seller did not followed.

| Q. Synchronizing with eBay sets my computer on the wrong time, how come? |
| A.
When synchronizing with eBay the time is converted to your local time in your timezone. Because of this the
computer you are running SnipeMonkey on has to be configured in the right time-zone. You adjust the timezone
by double-clicking the time in the taskbar (mostly this is in the lower right corner of the screen) and press
the "Time Zone" tab. Here you can configure which timezone you are in.

| Q. Does my computer have to be turned on in order to have my Snipe work? |
| A.
Yes, your computer has to be turned on, connected to the internet and SnipeMonkey has to be running. SnipeMonkey
is running on your computer, and not on a server on the internet.

| Q. I am missing some functionality / feature, can you add it to SnipeMonkey? |
| A.
It depends on the feature you are missing and want to see in SnipeMonkey, but i am very open to any suggestion
